Pixiot.com is a cloud hosting platform for event media. We host photos and videos uploaded by event attendees and organizers. We also use Google Analytics and server monitoring tools to track technical performance and ensure site stability.
Your privacy is paramount. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or uploaded media with third-party marketing partners or advertisers. Your data is used solely to provide the hosting service.
Media is stored for exactly one year (365 days) from the date of the event. During this time, media can be downloaded at its original resolution. After this period, all data is permanently purged from our active servers.
To process "Right to be Forgotten" or blurring requests, we require a temporary upload of a government-issued ID or a liveness check. This data is used strictly for face-matching verification to prevent unauthorized content tampering. Once the admin confirms the identity and approves the request, the ID document is immediately deleted.
