Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 6, 2026

1. Nature of Service

Pixiot.com acts strictly as a Cloud Hosting Provider. We provide the infrastructure for event organizers and attendees to share media. Pixiot does not curate, preview, or take ownership of the content uploaded to the platform.

2. Liability & Responsibility

The Venue Organizer is solely liable for all content uploaded by attendees at their event. By using Pixiot, organizers warrant they have the necessary rights and permissions to host such media. Pixiot is not responsible for copyright infringement or privacy violations caused by users.

3. Blurring & Removal Protocol

To balance the "Right to be Forgotten" with the integrity of event memories, Pixiot offers a verification-based blurring tool:

  • Users must verify their identity via ID/Passport or liveness check.
  • Verified users may manually blur their own likeness in specific photos.
  • Admins will review the request to ensure the ID matches the person being blurred.
  • Once approved, the original image is overwritten with the blurred version.

4. Prohibited Content

Uploading illegal content, including but not limited to CSAM, non-consensual sexual imagery, or violence, is strictly prohibited. Pixiot will immediately remove such content and proactively report the incident and uploader data to law enforcement.

5. Service Limitations

Media is stored for one year. We provide a download feature for your convenience, but we are not an archival service. We are not liable for data loss due to server failure or the expiration of the hosting term.
